The sun was out and Martinstown House was looking idyllic for the wedding of Lynda & Stephen. I always love to shoot a wedding at Martinstown House. It has such a unique atmosphere and you always get a big warm welcome back from Jessica who goes out of her way to make the couples day so special.
Both Lynda & Stephen got ready in the beautiful rooms at main house which meant I could cover both the bride and groom prep.
They were having their intimate out door ceremony at three. Because of this they decided to have some of their photos taken before the ceremony which included a first look. This turned out to be perfect as the gardens at Martinstown House are spectacular with so many quirky little places for photos.
After an emotional first look and some photos, Lynda & Stephen then had a unique outdoor ceremony in the woods surrounded by friends and family.
After the ceremony Lynda & Stephen were handed a glass of champagne and lead out onto the lawn in front of the main house to greet their guests. As the sun began to set and with ice cream and prosecco in their hands everyone gathered round the front of the house to listen to the speeches. It’s hard to do justice to Martinstown House in words so hopefully my photos from the day will give you an idea of it’s charm and some inspiration for your own wedding.
Guys, I really enjoyed your company on the day and I would like to wish you all the best in the future.
